Hailing from Bailey’s Harbor, Hacienda comes from the same bright minds that brought us Door County Brewing Co. They are a 15 barrel brewery tucked away on the Door County Peninsula, and their beers inspire just as much awe as their unique location. They focus on brewing experimental hoppy ales, stouts, and farmhouse-inspired ales, and they do a damn fine job. This dinner is a rare chance to quaff some of the beers that will be featured in their tasting room, opening later this year on Milwaukee’s East Side.
